Hotel rules
Check in from 3pm and check out by 10.30am
Your pre arrival email contains your room code.
Please ensure you take a note your room code, this is essential to access the front door of Redstones, the code also gives you access to your room and the drying room for use during your stay.
Cancellations more than 48 hours before arrival will be refunded.
Cancellations within 10 days of the arrival date will be refunded by 50% of the total charge.
Cancellations within 72 hours of arrival, or if guests don't show up, they will be charged 100% of the total Reservation cost.
