Our hotel offers a self check in policy. Information on this will be sent on booking.
A code will be sent out which allows access to the front door, Boot Room and your allocated bedroom. It is very important that you make a note of this code as you will need it for the duration of your stay.
If you have muddy boots / clothing, please use the Boot Room entrance which is to the left of the main front entrance of the building.
Hotel rules
Check in from 3pm and check out by 10.30am
Please look out for your pre arrival email which will be sent to you 24 hours prior to arrival. This email is very important as it contains the access code you will need to access the front door, drying room and most importantly your hotel room.
Cancellations within 10 days of the arrival date will be refunded by 50% of the total charge.
Cancellations within 72 hours of arrival, or if guests don't show up, they will be charged 100% of the total Reservation cost.
